Locals in Lancefield, Woodend, Romsey, Kilmore, Cobaw, Newham (20km from Lancefield), when you spend more than $50, your delivery is free. Next day delivery!
 

# FREE PICK UP

Pick up is available from our LANCEFIELD address Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm. Place your order, choose PICKUP. We will send you a confirm email with our address. Usually ready within 24H.

SHIPMENT TRACKING & INSURANCE

Orders are securely packaged before dispatch and tracking is provided on all national deliveries, it is the responsibility of the buyer to monitor the status of the parcel in transit using the tracking information provided. This information allows the buyer to estimate when their order will arrive as well as alert them to delivery attempts, delays or other delivery complications that may require further action.


 

SHIPPING DELAYS, DAMAGES AND LOSS

Unfortunately, delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit. In this event, LANCEFIELD EDIBLE GARDEN cannot be held responsible once your order is handed over to the respective shipping service but I will assist you in liaising with the shipping company to help resolve the issue if possible.


 

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, a refund, replacement or credit will not be provided by LANCEFIELD EDIBLE GARDEN.


 

The shipping services used are Australia Post Parcel Post, Australia Post Express Post and Sendle. By placing an order in my store, you accept that it will be subjected to the terms and conditions set by these carriers with regards to insurance and compensation for delays, damage or loss of shipments.
