Baby kale are pick up from the most tender part of whole plant, and it’s only 4-6 leaves available for each picking. They are perfect to be eaten raw in salads, simply boiled, or massaged in olive oil. If your children don’t like to chew vegetable leaves, definitely let them try baby kale.
