Best Way To Enjoy These Vegatables 🥗🥬

Stir-fry:

  1. Heat oil, add some diced Garlic/Shallotsuntil golden.

  2. Add the chopped vegetables, stir-fry until soft.

  3. Add some salt and pepper. Ready to Serve! ✨

Steam:

  1. Put a cup water into a pot, heat until boiling.

  2. Add the chopped vegetables, oil, salt, pepper and Garlic/Shallots until it boils again. Place in a serving dish.

  3. Drop some lemon juice or balsamic vinegar. Ready to Serve! 🎉

Soup (warm you up in a cold day)🍜:

  1. Put water into a pot, heat until boiling.

  2. Add the chopped vegetables, oil, salt, pepper and Garlic/Shallots/mushrooms until it boils again.

  3. Add an egg, mix it.

  4. Place in a serving bowl.
