After bathing in worm juice, the garlic look very happy and strong. We predict they can be harvested during mid November. Can't wait! 😋
Tips for growing garlic: We poll up some of the thin ones, they look like they won't give good garlic. So others have more space and nutrient to grow.
We eat the thin one first. Garlic, whole plant can be eaten. we do stir-fry them with other veges, or just chop them into soy sauce and some vinegar, they are a fantastic dipping sauce for everything even on omelette. 🥗😄
