Silverbeet rice cake soup

Delicious silverbeet soup with chicken or vegan broth is excellent.
Ingredients Serves: 2
4 silverbeet leaves, finely diced (Closed loop farm)
1 garlic, finely diced (Closed loop farm)
1 stock cube
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon oil or butter
Pinch lemon juice to taste (Closed loop farm)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Noodle or rice cake
Some sliced veg ham

Place the garlic in a large saucepan with heated oil until the garlic become light brown (You can smell garlic).
Add silverbeet stalks fly until tender, then add the silverbeet leaves.
Cover with water. Bring to a boil, then add salt, papper, stock cube and noodle or rice cake.
When soup boil again, season with sugar and lemon juice.
Add dill and serve, each bowl garnished with a sliced sausage or ham.
